Erich W. Thomas has served as Lead Pastor of Bowmans Creek Free Methodist Church and Elder since January 2025. 

Before his current pastoral role, Erich served as the Youth and Worship Leader at Sunshine Full Gospel Church, where he served on the church board, leading in praise and worship, and discipling the youth and teens in the congregation. He also with his wife led the children’s ministry program. 

Along with his wife Andrea and close friends, Erich has led a music ministry under “Renewed Worship.” Writing original music and joining local churches in times of praise and worship throughout the years.

He and his wife, Andrea, have two daughters, Cadence and Lily.
